Our Agile training participants call our new training center the “coolest training center in the greater DC area.” The Santeon Agile training center is located in the heart of Reston, Virginia. The training center was designed around the student’s comfort and learning experience. Equipped with the latest audio/visual components, the training center was specially designed using an open-space architecture to inspire collaboration and interaction during the training and the breaks.

During the breaks, students have the choice to use any of the four breakout areas. Breakout areas were designed and modeled around the four (4) Santeon lines of business; Healthcare, Energy, Media and Agile.

The Healthcare center promotes a healthy and ergonomic environment promoting proper healthy postures and exercise all while checking your email during the breaks. A Wii® fit is also located in the Healthcare breakout area to provide quick workouts between the training sessions

The Media breakout area has various video games and entertainment consoles to provide the ultimate entertainment center during the breaks. (and yes we have Guitar Hero)

The third breakout area is the Energy area promoting a green environment and lower carbon emission. Plants and comfortable coaches to relax and enjoy the wide variety of magazines and agile books provided to energize your intellect.

The last, and most favorable, of the breakout areas is the Agile corner which consist of the most comfortable beanbags you will ever experience. As soon as the break starts, students rush to the Agile breakout area and just throw themselves on the beanbags – the hard part is getting them out of it.

As for food, there is no shortage of food here. From Croissants and toasted bagels with lox in the morning to boxed lunches to sushi, popcorn and ice cream for the afternoon break. Chocolates and nuts are provided all day long to make sure our students stay energized and focused throughout the day.
